Function & Form Complies with COVID-19 Guidelines

Function and Form is open for both Physiotherapy & Personal Training business in North Sydney. We comply with guidelines and take safety-first measurements to stay open amid COVID-19 times.

Does Function & Form Physiotherapy North Sydney Comply with Coronavirus Safety?

We are in a fortunate to be in the unique situation as a sole practitioner physiotherapy and personal training business that we are able to comply with:
Social distancing, Limiting the number of people gathered in one location, Appropriate santization of surfaces.

How we are implementing the guidelines?

Clients and Patients are asked to wash their hands on entering.

Any person who is experiencing flu like symptoms or has been exposed to a coronavirus positive person, or who has recently returned from overseas travel. Is asked to self quarantine for 14 days before recommencing attendance.

All linen is to be replaced and washed between EACH patient. And the treatment couch cleaned with antiviral solution. And as usual the physiotherapist will wash hands following each patient.

All exercise equipment that has made contact with the previous exercising individual will be cleaned in between clients.

Clients are asked to bring a large towel to cover exercise equipment surfaces.

Facetime Training

We will also extend our current Personal Training for Overseas Clients via facetime or skype. To those choosing to self isolate or are restricted by child caring duties.

Home Exercise Program Prescription

A number of Personal Training Clients are requesting home exercise programs using bands, swiss balls and other equipment available for at home settings.
