WHAT IS GOOD RUNNING TECHNIQUE?
1. Landing on the Forefoot
2. Placing the foot under the centre of the hip
3. Feet Landing either side of a straight line down the centre
4. Landing with a slightly flexed Knee
5. Pushing off from and extended Hip
6. Maintaining Consistent Hip Position
7. Five degree lean forward (from the feet)
8. Soles of the Feet in vertical plane when viewed from behind
9. Head held upright and steady
10. Slight rotation of the Torso
11. Shoulders connected with the core and a good distance from ears
