Cancellation Policy

A strict cancellation policy applies. All appointments are bookings are processed online and therefore the responsibility of the patient/client.

Patients are able to cancel or move (moving requires cancelling the booking and making another booking) their appointment as often as they wish with more than 24 hours prior to the appointment.  

Any prepaid fee is held in credit for a period of 3 months.

Appointments are unable to be cancelled or moved after this 24 hour period and incur a "cancellation fee" equivalent to the cost of the booked appointment. 

Patients are autonomous in the booking process, through the cancel link contained in the appointment confirmation email. At present, we do not offer a phone/receptionist service).

This policy was accepted at the time of booking, as a condition of booking, by ticking the box indicated.
