The goal of our program is to teach clients to become independent in managing their nutrition goals, though a process of analysing current eating behaviours, learn about calories, macro nutrients and developing nutriton plans that include some of the "fun stuff" making the plan sustainable in the long term. Our plans begin with an analysis of your current eating behaviors, and establishing an estimate of baseline calories following a 7 day food record (using an application) With this data, and your indicated food preferences we create your personalised nutrition plan. Depending on whether you require one, (the Basic) two (Alternate Days) or three (Three Day). Clients progress through the process with regular Nutrition Reviews and eventually becoming more independent, with input from our Ongoing Support stage.

3. Attend First Appointment - Part 1 Assessment (30 min)
1. Review your Nutrition Plan Form. 2. Take Body Measurements & Photos, including Skinfolds, Circumferences, 3. Demonstrate how to use food record food application 4. Explain Our Nutrition Analysis & Food Plan Process.
4. Complete (minimum) 7 day food record
5. Attend Second Appointment- Part 2 Planning (45min)
(less than 7 days later) 1. Receive Individual Food Plan 2. Discuss how to follow Food Plan, make adjustments if required. 3. Learn how to use our Energy Intake/ Expenditure Spreadsheet

Clients are encouraged to either review every 2-4 weeks particularly in the early stages, to enable any neccesary fine tuning, program adjustments and maintain motivation.
