The goal of our program is to teach clients to become independent in managing their nutrition goals, though a process of analysing current eating behaviours, learn about calories, macro nutrients and developing nutrition plans that include some of the "fun stuff" making the plan sustainable in the long term. In the early stages of changing food behaviours particularly for weight loss, regular reviews are essential to help keep you motivated and on track. We encourage at this stage, a minimum of fortnightly reviews. These sessions include reassessment of body composition, supported food planning and the generation of a new food plana according to your goals and food preferences. Clients who are have not attended in over 4 weeks are asked to complete a 7 day food record (ideally for best results) to reassess baseline calories, and eating behav

With practice it becomes easier to copy and past food entries from one occasion to another, and many of your entries form a database the is easy to access on the app. Also, using the barcode to enter any supermarket product is very helpfull.
4. Attend First Appointment - Part 1 Assessment & Planning (45 min)
(a minimum of 7 days later) 1. Review Seven Day Food Record & Progress Record Spreadsheet 2. Re-measure body weight, and Skinfolds 3. retake photos 3. Build foundations of Food Plan
