HOW IT WORKS

Single Pt Session

Step One

Pay for Ten Sessions Upfront

Go to our online booking system and book your appointment there.

Step Two

Complete Form

If this is your first time, we ask if you could complete a brief form telling us about your goals or any relevant injury or medical history. You will be directed to this form via a link in the appointment confirmation email.

Step Three

Note Cancellation Policy

As per the Cancellation Policy agreed to at the time of your appointment booking,
last minute cancellations ie. less than 24 hours, incur an automatic cancellation fee
equal to the value of the session booked.

Step Four

Appointment Changes Online

Unable to attend your booked session outside the 24 hour period?
ALL appointment changes can be made by going to your appointment confirmation email and following the links.
