This involves commiting to complete 5 personal training sessions over a 10 weeks period. Sessions maybe prebooked, or booked as needed. Function and Form Physiotherapy provide Specialist Personal Training onsite in our private Exercise Studio. Our specialized programs, careful supervision and expert exercise instruction enable clients to exercise safely, and effectively without the constant flare up of previous injuries or the development of new ones!
