What is the Five Sessions for Pensioners Program?

Function and Form Physiotherapy and Exercise offers a modified session pack for pensioners,
rewarding consistent training not only with the success of achieving your goals, but also savings on Personal Training Sessions. 
This involves commiting to complete 5 personal training sessions over a 10 weeks period.  Sessions maybe prebooked, or booked as needed.
Function and Form Physiotherapy provide Specialist Personal Training onsite in our private Exercise Studio.
Our specialized programs, careful supervision and expert exercise instruction enable clients to exercise safely, and effectively without the constant flare up of previous injuries or the development of new ones!

Rewarding consistency

One of the most basic principles concerning goal and result achievement is consistency. Consistent Training increases the probability of experiencing adaptations sooner, which in turn enhances motivation. Without consistency the body's adaption to exercise is reduced, and habit formation is more challenging. Lack of consistency reduces the effectiveness of an exercise program.
